Scientists from the Space Research Institute of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) reportedly say that they have not only made contact with extraterrestrial life forms but that they are also regularly communicating with them.  Rather than talking directly with the aliens, these Bulgarian scientists say that they are working on deciphering crop circles which the scientists claim are actually pictograms which the aliens supposedly used to answer 30 questions asked by the BAS researchers.
