The recent spike in crop circles caused us to recall some of the extraordinary crop circles that we saw in 2008. It seems that with each passing year the crop circles are getting more complex and more bizarre.
The first picture below is of a mysterious crop circle from last year that shows the alignment of the planets in our solar system on December 21, 2012. Many crop circle experts believe that by creating this, aliens were trying to tell us something about the Mayan Calendar which ends on that date.
The next crop circle from 2008 is even more bizarre. It was discovered near the town of Wiltshire, where the 300 foot long hummingbird crop circle was also recently found.
This incredibly complex crop circle formation, which mesaures 150 feet in diameter, is apparently a coded image that represents the first 10 digits of pi (3.141592654).
